I think my margaritas were better!



Though these weren't too bad.

My recipe is as follows - to make a jug of frozen margarita you will require:

6 shots tequila (silver is better)
4.5 shots of Cointreau
Juice and pulp of ten fresh limes.
1 tablespoon of sugar
a dash of blood orange juice (2 shots)
5 cups of ice cubes.

Put the alcyhol in a blender jug (a big one)

Add juice and sugar and ice.

Blend until it is the consistency of a slush puppie (or Icee). The crystals should be small enough to slurp up a straw.

Get ready to be merry!

Suffering some post holiday blues but I find that there are good memories to be had by looking at my photos. A year isn't that long a time when you think about it.
