Daily Photo #462

This was taken in Morocco.

Listening Post - Quad Toned

I thought it had a bit of a Nigel Kneale's Quatermass feel to it.

Daily Photo #461

Ro has been a bit annoyed lately.

I think she finds the internet a bit trite.

Daily Photo #460

It looks like Spring is almost here.

Sunlight through the trees

Lighter evenings are on the way which means having the chance to spend evenings or days out with Linda somewhere other than the suburbs.

Daily Photo #459

It's only a matter of weeks 'til we return to NYC.

_MG_2445

Good times, cannot wait to return to the city that never sleeps. Good sushi, book stores and hopefully some good photo opportunities.

Please tell me this isn't real?

A blogging buddy made me hip to this crazy lady AKA Debbie Schlussel.

Now, I thought people like this didn't exist, that they were clever constructs written by Stephen Colbert and Jon Stewart. But no, they are out there. I think my eyes were bleeding after reading a few choice entries.

American friends, please tell me people like this are in the minority. That you don't take the subway with them, bump trolleys in the supermarket or share a frosted stein of cold cold beer with them in your local tavern.

Please tell me this isn't the case?

Edited to add.

Oh god, it gets worse.

And beware if you like the Watchmen movie or graphic novel. She's coming for you.

Daily Photo #458

I realised that the post from yesterday didn't contain the most flattering picture of my lovely wife.

So this is to balance things up!

Daily Photo #457

Linda on the Brookly Bridge attempting a homage to the wonderfully titled Lucio Fulci epic, Zombie Flesheaters.

Luckily there were few people around as it had just begun to snow and fortunately no trigger happy coppers either.

Our love of zombie movies know no bounds. One day I will get to the Monroeville Mall in Pittsburgh where they shot the original version of Dawn of the Dead.

Daily Photo #456

We attempted to head to the Lickey Hills today, a 25 minute drive away from where we live.

IMG_0115

This was shot about 3 years ago.

The weather conspired against us so we drove home via the scenic route. My hopes of shooting my first photo in over 3 months were dashed. Here's to next weekend.
