Well, today was interesting. I was doing a work project visit in Brinklow, near Rugby. It was almost Lovecraftian in that everything shuts after 2pm and the streets clear. All you can hear are birds and silence.
Although I didn't have my camera, I thought today's entry warranted something inspired by HP Lovecraft.
In addition, it was the place that doesn't want you to leave. I missed one bus and ended up having to wait just over 2 hours for the next one. Thankfully, it wasn't piloted by a skeleton.
Can't wait to go back!!

I didn't think places like that existed anymore. Very creepy sounding, yet intriguing place. I'd be interested in seeing some photos if you get to return there.
I think we will go back, I forgot to add everything went silent at 3pm then some church bells kicked in and the squawk of a raven chimed in just after. If I was Autumn, it would have felt like a Lucio Fulci movie.
You've got a thing about cemeteries!
Probably all those zombie films.
Still will look forward to more images.
Cheers Stevo, nicely spotted. Yep, graveyards have always fascinated me. Even before I liked zombie movies due to being exposed to Horror comics at around the age of 8, cemeteries have both fascinated and appalled me.
