You need to get the booster pack for the speedlite (no more waiting for refreshing - well actually there is a wait, but it's a lot less)
oooh, details! I do have the 430EX and not teh 580 though!
Ahh, that's a problem then!The new 430MkII can use the battery pack. I actually though the old 430 could, until I got my one out of it's bag. So ignore the duff advice I gave out!.
