We've just gotten back from Little Rollright to see the standing stone circle.
Even during the daylight it's a little macarbre. No wonder it was used as a location for the 1978 Doctor Who story, "The Stones of Blood". It was fun to walk in the footsteps of Tom Baker and Mary "Romana Mark 1" Tamm. Utterly great weather, very warm and very few tourists.
Lunch consisted of heading to Moreton-in-Marsh for a crafty cider and a ploughman's lunch here.
All in all, a great day!

Nice little jaunt down there. Is Linda driving again then? Nice day for it, not that I'd know, being stuck in the house all day :(
Good for you!
You managed to get some great light and to shoot them in a really nice way. I went to see them last year and couldn't get shots I really liked…
Cheers Joel! I had to cheat a little and underexpose some shots to get the clouds etc but I'd love to go back on a foggy day to get the stones with some mist around them! :)
