Ack. Feeling all of my 40 years today. Things haven't been that great of late with a slight spike in my depression so.....trying to distract myself and waiting for a call from my physician/G.P.

Yep know exactly how you feel, that was me last week! Got yourself a Daylight Box yet? Still you could get yourself down to the BBB Sunday as well :o)
I have a light box but it doesn't seem to be making that much of a difference. Good luck with sorting your down time!
As to BBB, Linda does go from time to time with her friend but sadly I am not good with crowds and tend to stay away from events.
